Payments can be made at www.winterhorrorfest.com Payment must be received within 5 days of accepted application. Applications and Vending Space Options will be considered on a first come, first served basis. In the event of vendor cancellation prior to October 31st , 2022, Vendor will receive a refund of 80% of the payment price. No refunds will be given for cancellations after October 31st, 2022.
All ticket sales are final but can be transferred
